John has been amazing! We called him on Saturday as our boiler stopped working all of a sudden. He came out the same day, worked out the problem, gave us all the info about what the problem was, why it had happened and how to fix it. He ordered the part for us same day and come round Wednesday to fit the part and fix the boiler. Will only use him going forward now!
